Goa, May 30 -- Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi on Saturday said the Indian armed forces are fully prepared for "Operation Sindoor 2.0" should the situation demand it. Speaking on the sidelines of the passing-out parade of the 150th course at the National Defence Academy (NDA) in Khadakwasla, the Army Chief emphasised that the military remains alert despite the current pause in hostilities.

General Dwivedi stated that the Army, Navy and Air Force are working closely together to strengthen coordination and readiness for future challenges. He highlighted that modern warfare is no longer confined to traditional battlefields and now spans multiple domains, including land, air, sea, cyber and space.
