Goa, Oct. 7 -- Unidentified criminals allegedly broke into a doctor's residence in Ganesh Puri, Mapusa, tying up family members before fleeing with cash and jewelry worth approximately Rs.50 lakh, police reported.

The incident has triggered a detailed investigation, with law enforcement officials questioning neighbors and reviewing available CCTV footage to identify the perpetrators. Authorities have appealed to the public for any information that could help trace the suspects.

The police probe is ongoing, and no arrests have been made so far.
