Porvorim, Sept. 21 -- Another road accident was reported on the newly opened Porvorim elevated flyover at around 1.30 am on September 21, after a white hatchback allegedly rammed into a black Hyundai Creta from behind.

Both vehicles sustained heavy damage in the collision. Two people were injured and subsequently shifted to Goa Medical College and Hospital, Bambolim, for treatment.

The exact circumstances leading to the accident have not yet been ascertained. Further details are awaited.
