Goa, July 30 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday confirmed that the three terrorists eliminated during Operation Mahadev were directly responsible for the brutal Pahalgam terror attack, where civilians were killed after being identified by their religion. Shah made the announcement during a 75-minute address in the Lok Sabha, citing both physical and forensic evidence to support the claim.
The three slain militants-identified as Suleiman Shah, Hamza Afghan, and Jibran Bhai-were neutralized in a joint operation by the Indian Army, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Jammu and Kashmir Police.
