Goa, June 12 -- n a first since the formation of NITI Aayog, all 28 Chief Ministers participated in the 11th Governing Council Meeting, marking a significant moment for cooperative federalism in India. The meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Cultural Centre in New Delhi, was held under the theme "Inclusive Human Development for Viksit Bharat@2047."
