Goa, June 21 -- Air India has announced a temporary suspension of select international flight services, including routes to North America, the UK, Europe, the Far East, and Australia, as part of a 15% reduction in wide-body aircraft operations. The move, effective until at least July 15, is aimed at fleet and crew optimisation.
Among the affected routes is the Goa (Mopa)-London (Gatwick) AI145/146 service, which operates thrice weekly. This connection will remain suspended until mid-July, with passengers advised to check with the airline for rebooking or refund options.
