India, Feb. 5 -- South Goa SP Tikam Singh Verma (IPS) said police have carried out a major crackdown on drugs in Canacona, recovering multiple narcotics through four raids over the last 10 days.

In the first raid, a man from Uttar Pradesh was arrested with 431 grams of charas worth around 4.31 lakh. In the second raid, a Kerala native was caught with 13.5 grams of charas valued at 1.35 lakh.
