Goa, Oct. 25 -- Frustration is mounting among Ola electric scooter owners in Goa, as nearly 2,000 vehicles reportedly remain unrepaired across the company's three service stations in the state.
Owners claim that despite repeated visits, service centre staff continue to offer vague and evasive responses regarding repair timelines. The delay has left many commuters stranded and disappointed with the company's after-sales service.
On Saturday, a group of Ola scooter owners submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister, urging the government to halt further sales of Ola electric scooters in Goa until all defective vehicles are repaired. The Chief Minister has assured that the issue will be examined and appropriate action taken.
