Goa, Oct. 28 -- Fourteen passengers were injured after a passenger Winger mini-tempo rammed into the rear of a container truck at Balli, causing traffic disruption along National Highway 17 (NH-17) for nearly two hours.

Following the accident, the injured passengers were initially shifted to Balli Hospital for medical treatment. Six of them were subsequently transferred to Hospicio Hospital in Margao for further treatment.

The collision led to a traffic bottleneck on the highway, disrupting the movement of vehicles for approximately two hours.

Cuncolim Police visited the accident site and conducted a panchanama as part of the investigation into the incident.
