Goa, Sept. 6 -- At least 10 students at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) have accused a professor of sexual harassment, prompting the university's Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to initiate an investigation into the allegations.

The complaints were submitted to the ICC around a month ago and reportedly concern alleged inappropriate behaviour by the professor towards students. According to the complaints, the professor allegedly invited students to gatherings at his residence on the JNU campus, where he is accused of making inappropriate sexual advances.
