Goa, July 12 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Sunday launched a sharp attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), questioning its opposition to the National Conference's proposed protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.

Addressing the National Conference's 'Chalo Delhi' rally in Jammu, Omar renewed his party's demand for the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir's statehood. He questioned where his party should raise the issue if even a peaceful protest in the national capital was being opposed.
