Goa, Nov. 8 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a sharp attack on the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) at a rally in Sitamarhi, accusing the party of "poisoning young minds" and promoting a culture of crime. Modi said Bihar's children must dream of startups, not "hands up" leaders, as the NDA focuses on education and entrepreneurship. He added that the RJD represents "jungle raj" marked by corruption and misgovernance, while the NDA is building a better future under Nitish Kumar's leadership.
