U.S., July 21 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07715279) titled 'Vericiguat for the Inhibition of Calcific Aortic Valve Stenosis Progression' on July 14.
Brief Summary: Calcific aortic valve stenosis (CAVS) is a condition in which the aortic valve progressively narrows and stiffens due to calcium deposition, eventually impairing blood flow from the heart to the body. No drug therapy has been proven to slow CAVS progression.
