Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to culturally adapt the Perceived Barriers to Exercise Questionnaire (PBEQ) into Turkish and evaluate its psychometric properties among office workers in Turkiye. The study will use a methodological, cross-sectional design and aims to recruit 300 adults aged 18-64 years who work primarily in a seated, desk-based position.
