Brief Summary: This prospective single-center interventional study aims to investigate the effects of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) on disease activity, pain, quality of life, autonomic dysfunction symptoms, and inflammatory biomarkers in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA).
