Brief Summary: This study investigates whether transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), a safe and non-invasive brain stimulation technique, can improve punching and movement speed in elite male boxers. Twenty-four elite male boxers will receive 2 mA tDCS over either the primary motor cortex (M1), the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), or sham stimulation for 20 minutes, in a randomized, counterbalanced order.
