Brief Summary: Strengthening cultural sensitivity and compassion plays a critical role in reducing health inequalities, especially for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups. This study is designed to determine the effect of an educational program based on the Theory of Planned Behavior on the cultural sensitivity and compassion levels of nursing students.
