Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial will evaluate the effect of Teach-Back-supported discharge education on self-care agency, pain intensity, and comfort levels in patients undergoing surgery for pilonidal sinus disease. A total of 68 participants will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to either the intervention group or the control group.
