Brief Summary: This pilot study examines the effects of a 14-week supervised, individualized physical exercise programme on psychological, motivational, and physical outcomes in women recently diagnosed with breast cancer who are undergoing adjuvant treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and/or hormone therapy).
