Brief Summary: The goal of this observational study is to learn whether adults with arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, an inherited heart muscle disease that can cause dangerous heart rhythms, remain eligible for a subcutaneous implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (S-ICD) over time.
