Brief Summary: This study prospectively collected spectral CT imaging data and clinical information related to gastric cancer, evaluated the diagnostic efficacy of its image quality for regional lymph nodes in gastric cancer, and explored its application value in the N staging of gastric cancer with different MSI statuses, so as to provide a more accurate evidence for clinical diagnosis, promote the development of individualized treatment for gastric cancer, and ultimately improve the prognosis of patients.
