Brief Summary: This prospective, randomized, open-label, phase II clinical trial compares two sequential intravesical chemotherapy regimens in patients with bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG)-unresponsive high-grade non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) following complete transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT).
