Brief Summary: The Saudi CABG Audit and Registry (SCAR) is a prospective, multicenter national clinical quality registry designed to systematically collect perioperative and long-term outcome data for all patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) in Saudi Arabia.
