Brief Summary: This study is testing a new way to deliver the chemotherapy drug Gemcitabine in pancreatic tumors using the catheter Extroducer(R) Infusion Catheter System. The study will include patients with Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer that cannot be removed with surgery.
