Brief Summary: Evidence suggests that increased intravascular and interstitial fluid load in neonates with transient tachypnea of the newborn (TTN) may delay the clearance of fetal alveolar fluid (FAF). Restricted fluid (RF) therapy may accelerated FAF clearance and improve outcomes in these infants.
