Brief Summary: RESYNC-BH is a research study testing a personalized, non-drug brain-and-body treatment program for adults with ongoing behavioral health symptoms such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, sleep problems, attention difficulties, or substance-use concerns.
