Brief Summary: This randomized clinical trial will compare indocyanine green fluorescence angiography-guided assessment with standard clinical assessment of gluteal flap perfusion during removal of permanent synthetic fillers. Participants will be assigned 1:1 to fluorescence-guided or standard management.
