Brief Summary: This prospective, multicenter observational cohort study evaluates long-term outcomes in patients with early-stage invasive breast cancer who undergo breast-conserving surgery without sentinel lymph node biopsy or other axillary surgery and subsequently receive adjuvant radiotherapy.
