Brief Summary: In this single-center retrospective study, patients who underwent hip surgery between May 2025 and November 2025, with American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status I-III, aged 18 years and older, were screened. Patients who did not undergo a block for postoperative analgesia and who used patient-controlled analgesia were included in the control group. Patients who underwent QIPB and used patient-controlled analgesia were included in the block group.
