Brief Summary: A prospective, multicenter, single-arm clinical study enrolling patients with histologically confirmed invasive carcinoma, clinical stage II-III, known PD-L1 status, and treatment-naive triple-negative breast cancer. Patients will receive neoadjuvant therapy with pucotenlimab, anlotinib, and nab-paclitaxel, sequentially followed by epirubicin and cyclophosphamide, for a total of 8 cycles.
