Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of prophylactic oral N-acetylcysteine (NAC) for facilitating platelet engraftment in patients with severe aplastic anemia (SAA) receiving haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (haplo-HSCT).
