Brief Summary: This single-center randomized controlled trial evaluated the effects of natural probiotic and synbiotic supplementation on clinical and biochemical characteristics in adults with end-stage renal disease receiving maintenance hemodialysis at the Urology and Nephrology Center, Mansoura University, Egypt.
