Brief Summary: This study aims to investigate the efficacy of adding a Posterior Pericapsular Deep gluteal block to two other standard nerve blocks-the Pericapsular Nerve Group block and the Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Nerve block-for patients undergoing orthopedic hip surgery.
