Brief Summary: Neck pain is one of the most common and painful musculoskeletal disorders. Between 20% and 70% of adults experience neck pain during their lifetime. The lifetime prevalence ranges from 14.2% to 71%. In the vast majority of neck pain cases, no obvious pathology or anatomical abnormality can be identified, and this condition is defined as "nonspecific neck pain".
