Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) can help prevent osteoradionecrosis (ORN) after dental extractions in adults who previously received radiation therapy to the head and neck. ORN is a condition in which jawbone damaged by radiation does not heal properly and may become exposed.
