Brief Summary: This is a prospective, observational, multi-center cohort study of pediatric cardiac arrests. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the physiologic response to epinephrine as an outcome discriminator in pediatric in-hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA). In addition, the investigators will determine optimal epinephrine dosing strategies based on the initial physiologic response to epinephrine, and to develop machine learning (ML) algorithms to guide intra-arrest therapy.
