U.S., April 14 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07524530) titled 'Phase II Haploidentical Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation for Participants With Germline RUNX1 Associated Hematologic Malignancies' on April 10.

Brief Summary: Background:

Some blood cancers can be caused by germline mutations (changes) in a person s RUNX1 gene. Germline mutations are changes a person is born with. Stem cell transplants are used to treat many diseases. Researchers want to know if stem cell transplants can help people with blood cancer caused by an RUNX1 gene mutation.

Objective:

To test stem cell transplants for treating blood cancer caused by an RUNX1 gene mutation.

Eligibility:

People aged 4 to 70 year...
