Brief Summary: This is an observational study conducted at Sohag University Hospital to assess the clinical presentation, associated anomalies, and short-term outcomes of children diagnosed with Congenital Anomalies of the Kidney and Urinary Tract (CAKUT).

We will include children from newborns to 18 years old who are diagnosed with CAKUT by ultrasound or other imaging methods. The study aims to describe how common different types of CAKUT are, what other health problems are associated with them, and what happens to these children during follow-up.
