Brief Summary: This is a prospective, triple-blind, placebo-controlled, single-center randomized clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of early oral lactulose for promoting postoperative gastrointestinal functional recovery in patients undergoing appendectomy for complicated appendicitis.
