Brief Summary: Operation Calm is a pilot randomized controlled trial investigating the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effectiveness of a virtual reality (VR) nature-based mindfulness intervention for reducing preoperative anxiety in children and adolescents aged 10-17 years undergoing surgery.
