Brief Summary: Objective: This study examines the effects of online interactive meditation training on well-being in older adults.

Methods: Older adults were assigned to either an online interactive meditation training group or an active control group learning about healthy aging. Participants completed measures of mindfulness, self-compassion, subjective well-being, and sense of meaning at pre-test, post-test, and three-week follow-up.
