U.S., Aug. 8 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07751146) titled 'Nerve Block and Perioperative Myocardial Injury in Elderly Hip Fracture' on July 05.

Brief Summary: This single-center, retrospective cohort study evaluates whether a single preoperative peripheral nerve block can reduce the risk of perioperative myocardial injury in elderly patients undergoing delayed hip fracture surgery, defined as surgery performed more than 48 hours after injury.
