Brief Summary: This pilot randomized controlled trial evaluates the effect of motion graphic video-based training on the performance of scrub nurse students during dynamic hip screw (DHS) surgery. A total of 30 operating room technology students in their 6th or 8th semester are randomly assigned to either an intervention group (n=15) or a control group (n=15).
