Brief Summary: The aim of this study is to examine the effects of intramuscular (IM) injections administered in three different lying positions (supine, prone, and lateral) into the ventrogluteal site on patient pain, comfort, and procedural satisfaction. The study will be conducted as a randomized controlled experimental trial with three groups.
