Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aimed to evaluate the effects of laughter yoga on emotional labor behavior and menopause-specific quality of life among menopausal nurses. A total of 120 premenopausal and postmenopausal nurses were randomly assigned to an intervention group (n=60) or a control group (n=60).
