Brief Summary: This prospective, randomized controlled trial will investigate the effectiveness of adding Kinesiology Taping (KT) to a standard physiotherapy program in individuals with acute non-specific low back pain. A total of 30 participants diagnosed with acute non-specific low back pain will be randomly allocated to either an experimental group receiving standard physiotherapy combined with lumbar Kinesiology Taping or a control group receiving standard physiotherapy alone.
