Brief Summary: This study aims to investigate the effects of long-term dutasteride use (a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor) on surgical outcomes in patients undergoing Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
