Brief Summary: The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical effects of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) versus High-Intensity Laser Therapy (HPLT) on sensorimotor functions and nerve conduction in patients suffering from painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
