Brief Summary: This study will examine how hybrid telerehabilitation is used in routine physiotherapy care for adults with anterior knee pain. Approximately 30 participants will be followed for 72 weeks while receiving individualized treatment from their physiotherapist, supported by the moveUP mobile application. The application provides prescribed exercises, educational information, communication with the physiotherapist, and progress monitoring.
