Brief Summary: This clinical study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of HiCM-188, an investigational allogeneic induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived cardiomyocyte therapy, in adults with advanced heart failure who are undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery.
